Del Monte Forest is gated, and a service vehicle needs resident or guest authorization to enter — a detail every out-of-area crew learns the hard way. When you book, we ask you to clear us with the gate, usually a quick call from the property, so we roll straight through instead of being turned around. A $75 gate-access charge covers the coordination and entry time.
